Chicken potsticker with the slightest kick. The dumpLin that started the dumpLinsanity....kinda. The no-heat was really the one, but this one kinda took over once it hit the menu. :)

A soup dumpLin-shaped potsticker made of shiitake mushroom and bok choy in a sweet and spicy sauce. The holy shiitake dumpLin is folded in a housemade wrapper with its bottom covered in toasted sesame seeds for the perfect combo of earthiness and nuttiness.

Inspired by the beloved L.A.-based coffee shop, Civil Coffee.
This VEGAN dumpLin is filled with elements from chef's favorite veggie "dishes": crushed cucumber salad, grilled eggplant, and bean sprouts. All tossed in a delicious sauce made of soy, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and crushed red peppers.

Named after one of Chef's favorite Woody Allen films and inspired by Le Rigmarole's "lazily folded dumpling", this dumpLin is filled with heirloom tomatoes, panko, garlic butter, and basil.
**Has more Italian than French flavors -- it's just named after Paris because of the restaurant that introduced this combo to Chef**

Inspired by the debate on the Kelce brothers' New Heights show about whether UnCrustables™ are a sandwich or a dumpling. We argue it's a sandwich and ours is a dumpLin! :)
A filling made of peanut butter mixed with mascarpone, homemade strawberry preserves, and lemon zest shaped and folded like half an UnCrustable.
Our debate is whether this is a potsticker dumpLin or a dessert dumpLin.

A tribute to the 3-point record holder, Stephen Curry! This dumpLin is a Taiwanese curry with chicken, potatoes, and onions in a panko-crusted dumpLin to add a little extra crisp. It's folded in the lazily folded dumpLin shape to resemble the 3-pt arc where Curry reigns.

The second of our Crazy Rich Asians dumpLins!
This is our play on Hainan chicken rice. It has bits of Hainan chicken, but instead of rice, we have a beautiful, buttery cauliflower puree.
All of the sauces (sweet dark soy, and ginger garlic chili sauce are incorporated in the filling as well!
